We're seeking a married couple to join our team as Youth Development Specialists. As a key member of our community, you'll play a vital role in supporting the academic, emotional, and social growth of our students.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like environment
- Providing consistent support and guidance, helping students develop essential life skills
- Collaborating with other staff members to ensure the well-being and success of students
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience working with youth, especially from under-served settings
- Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
