Schedule and Work-Life Balance
Families working as houseparents at Milton Hershey School enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with personal time during school hours. This allows for a good work-life balance and plenty of time for personal activities and relaxation.
Couples can also take advantage of our three-week paid summer vacation to recharge and spend quality time together.
Salary and Compensation Package
Couples working as houseparents at Milton Hershey School receive a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes:
