About the Position
Flex houseparents reside on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. This role involves managing responsibilities such as supervision, medication administration, budgeting, and driving. The ideal candidate couple will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
As a flex houseparent, you will work closely with other staff members to ensure the well-being and success of our students. You will also be responsible for leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
