What are the responsibilities and job description for the Married Couple Caregivers position at Milton Hershey School?
We are looking for married couples to join our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will provide guidance and support to a group of students, residing in an on-campus student home with your spouse.
This role requires a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students. The ideal candidate has experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
