About the Role:
Milton Hershey School is seeking a married couple to join our team as House Parents. As a House Parent couple, you will live in an on-campus student home with your partner and provide care and guidance to a group of approximately 8-12 students. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of these young people.

- A competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
