Married Couple Youth Mentor

As a Married Couple Youth Mentor, you and your spouse will guide and nurture a small group of students in a family-like structure. This role includes driving, medication administration, budgeting, and other responsibilities. You will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a supportive living environment.

The position requires experience working with youth, a commitment to leading students in daily activities, and the ability to create a supportive living environment. Key qualifications include:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married couples for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
