In this role, you will provide leadership and guidance to a group of 8-12 students in a family-style living environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs, managing student behavior, and communicating effectively with parents and school administrators. As a successful candidate, you must have experience working with youth, particularly from under-served settings. You should be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
The benefits of this role include a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off.
