Mentor Couple
At Milton Hershey School, we believe that every child deserves a chance to succeed. As a mentor couple, you and your spouse will live on-campus, serving as role models and guides to approximately 8-12 students. Your primary responsibility will be to create a family-like environment, fostering a sense of belonging and support among the students.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, have a valid driver's license, and be certified to drive student home vans. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as health savings and flexible spending accounts.
