As a flex houseparent couple, you will reside on-campus in a student home with approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure for the students, handle various responsibilities, and nurture their growth and development.
This position requires experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, have been legally married for at least two years, and meet other requirements.
