About the Role
We are seeking married couples to join our team as Flex Houseparents. As part of this unique opportunity, you will reside on-campus in student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
As Flex Houseparents, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
