Join Our Team as a Flex Houseparent
We are seeking a married couple to join our team as flex houseparents, providing a nurturing family-like environment for our students. As a flex houseparent, you will live on-campus and care for a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling various responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
- Guide and care for 8-12 students
- Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation and household chores
Couple Requirements
- Married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
Compensation Package
- Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

Additional Perks
- Relocation assistance and paid training provided
- Schedule of nine days on followed by three days off

Requirements
