Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned private school that provides a career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, playing a vital role in the education and well-being of our students.
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for providing a family-like structure for students, including managing household expenses, driving, and administering medication. You will also be expected to lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
The ideal candidates will have prior experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They will be comfortable living in on-campus student homes and working closely with students, building strong relationships and providing guidance and support when needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to pass a background check
