About the Role
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing atmosphere and providing support to approximately 8-12 students. You will also handle logistics such as driving and medication administration. Your role will involve working closely with your spouse to ensure the well-being and development of our students.

Our benefits package includes:
- A salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

- Schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. Workdays include a period of personal time while students are at school
