The successful couple will receive a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per year, including a salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
Job Description
As Houseparents, you will be responsible for creating a safe and loving home environment for 8-12 students, ages 6-18. This includes managing daily activities, providing emotional support, and ensuring the students' physical and emotional well-being. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the overall success of the students.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be at least 27 years old, and you must have a high school diploma or equivalent. You will also be required to obtain a valid driver's license and become certified to drive student home vans.
