What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurturing Environment for Disadvantaged Youth position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking a married couple to join our team as houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for 8-12 students in a campus home. As houseparents, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding the students, managing household logistics, and ensuring a supportive family-like atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be comfortable living on-campus. The couple should be willing to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy, and have limitations on pets.
