As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing environment for our students. This is a unique opportunity for couples to make a difference in the lives of young people.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You will be required to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with limitations on pets. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also necessary.
Responsibilities include managing daily responsibilities, such as driving and administering medication, while ensuring the well-being of the students. You will also lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
Benefits include a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. You will enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with three-week paid summer vacation.
