- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Age 27 or older, with no more than three dependent children residing in the student home
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
