About the Job
This is a unique opportunity for married couples to become part of a dynamic team at Milton Hershey School. As houseparents, couples will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing them with a consistent family-like structure and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
The ideal candidate couple will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
