What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Caregivers position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to provide a nurturing family-like environment for 8-12 students. As Houseparents, you will offer guidance and support in a fully endowed private school for disadvantaged youth.
The ideal candidate couple should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.

As a flex houseparent, you will reside in on-campus student homes and guide approximately 8-12 students.
