Responsibilities and Expectations
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will be responsible for managing daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and maintaining a family-like structure. You will work closely with your spouse to create a positive and nurturing environment for our students. Your role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment for our students. We expect our employees to demonstrate a high degree of integrity and to be respectful and courteous to all students, staff, and visitors.

In addition to the competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, we offer a unique schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. You will also receive three weeks of paid summer vacation and the opportunity to work in a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. We permit fish and one dog of approved breeds in the student homes.
