Flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School serve as student support guides, providing guidance and nurturing to groups of 8-12 students. This unique career path requires consideration and commitment from both spouses.
As a couple, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing students and handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting. You will also lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
