Job Description

As a Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing environment for students by guiding and supporting them in daily activities. You will live on campus with your spouse, overseeing the well-being of 8-12 students while receiving a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary.
