Job Summary
We are seeking Residential Mentors - Couples to join our team at Milton Hershey School. As a Residential Mentor, you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and care to students in a residential setting.
Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and supportive environment for students, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. You and your spouse will be responsible for managing the daily lives of students, including transportation, meal planning, and household chores.
You will also be expected to lead students in daily activities, provide guidance and support, and help them develop important life skills. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families.
