We are seeking Residential Mentors - Hershey, PA to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Residential Mentor, you will work alongside your spouse to create a positive and supportive environment for our students. You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a group of 8-12 students, helping them to develop essential life skills and achieve their academic goals.
This is a two-person job that requires both spouses to be comfortable working with students from diverse backgrounds. You will be responsible for handling various responsibilities, including transportation, medication administration, and reporting. You will also have the opportunity to participate in comprehensive benefits, including a competitive salary, relocation assistance, and a flexible work schedule.
We require both spouses to possess a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and demonstrate a high degree of integrity. Both spouses must be age 27 or older and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. We are a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and pets are limited to fish and one dog of approved breeds.
