Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned private school that provides an exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to become part of our team as Houseparents, living on-campus and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students.
As a Houseparent, you will create a nurturing environment for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also participate in daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services. Our benefits package includes a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance.
We require candidates to have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and there may be limitations on pets. A valid driver's license and ability to drive student home vans are also required.
