Flex houseparents are responsible for providing nurturing care and guidance to students in a supportive home environment. Their daily activities include managing daily routines, administering medication, and offering emotional support. They must create a family-like atmosphere, ensuring students feel comfortable and cared for.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, applicants must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must be legally married for at least two years. Additionally, they should have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans.
