Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to become Residential Youth Care Specialists. In this role, you will provide guidance and nurturing to a group of students in an on-campus home environment. You will be responsible for creating a family-like structure that supports the educational and emotional well-being of students.
The ideal candidate is a married couple with experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. They must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe and supportive living environment for students
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students
- Assist with daily activities such as homework help and meal planning
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
