Job Description and Requirements
We are seeking experienced youth caregivers to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers. This role involves working closely with students in a residential setting, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, and reporting, as well as creating a safe and supportive environment for students. Couples will work together to provide a family-like structure, including meals, budgeting, and personal care.
Qualifications include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Sunday chapel services. Valid driver's licenses and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
Absenteeism policies are in place to ensure that couples can spend quality time together during their free days. Additionally, employees enjoy access to our state-of-the-art fitness center and on-campus medical facilities.
