As a Flex Houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding students, administering medication, handling household tasks, and enjoying comprehensive benefits like relocation assistance and paid time off. To be eligible, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You and your spouse must be at least 27 years old, have been legally married for at least two years, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
