What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Support Professionals Needed position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking couples to serve as flex houseparents on our campus. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for a group of approximately 8-12 students. This includes managing daily routines, administering medication, and offering guidance and support.
We require that applicants have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings. Couples must demonstrate integrity and commitment while living on campus and leading students in daily activities.
