What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Youth Support Specialists position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become residential youth support specialists, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students residing in on-campus student homes.
As a residential youth support specialist, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. Initially, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.

A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required. Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
