Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents. In this role, you will contribute to the academic and personal growth of students from disadvantaged backgrounds, helping them achieve their full potential.
Our Unique Compensation Package
We offer a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals, and utilities. Responsibilities and Requirements
Couples will guide and nurture groups of 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting. Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, is essential. Both spouses must be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years. No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home, and abiding by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus is mandatory. Valid driver's licenses and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required. High school diplomas or GEDs are necessary, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
