Student Caregiver Team Lead

**Student Support Services**

We are seeking a married couple to provide support services to our students as Residential Youth Caregivers. As Flex Houseparents, you will reside on campus and provide a supportive family environment for 8-12 students.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Drive students to appointments and activities
• Administer medication to students as needed
• Manage household budgets and expenses
• Report student progress and behavior

**Requirements**

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
• Both spouses should be age 27 or older

**Additional Information**

• Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
