About the Role
Milton Hershey School is seeking Student Guidance Coordinators to work in our student homes. As a Student Guidance Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students aged pre-K to 12 from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The ideal candidate will be a married couple with experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They will live on-campus in a student home and provide a nurturing environment for a group of approximately 8-12 students.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. We require that both spouses be age 27 or older and have a valid driver's license. They must also be able to become certified to drive student home vans and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
