Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
You should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and be willing to relocate to Hershey, PA.
