We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated couple to become part of our team as flex houseparents. This is a unique opportunity to work together, supporting the development of disadvantaged youth and making a positive impact on their lives.
About the Role
You will live on campus, guiding a group of students through daily routines and responsibilities, fostering personal growth and well-being. You will also lead students in daily devotions and take them to Sunday chapel services, helping them to develop into capable individuals.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a consistent family-like structure for students* Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.* Cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home* Lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services* Provide guidance and support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals

Qualifications and Requirements
* Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings* Legally married couple for at least two years* Both spouses must be 27 or older* Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans* High school diploma or GED required* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
