At Milton Hershey School, we are committed to providing a world-class education and care to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Our residential youth caregivers play a vital role in supporting the development of our students, who reside on-campus in homes with their families.
We are seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing a home environment, providing daily guidance and support, and ensuring the well-being of our students.
