Job Description
As a Youth Development Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide daily care and guidance to a group of students. This will include managing household tasks, driving students to appointments, administering medication, and reporting any concerns or issues that arise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license.
