Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to serve as flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a family-like environment. As part of our team, you will provide daily support and supervision while living on campus, handling various responsibilities including driving and medication administration.

We value experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This role is ideal for couples who have been legally married for at least two years and are both 27 or older.
