Job Description
In this position, you will serve as a flex houseparent to a group of 8-12 students, providing a nurturing environment and guiding them in their personal growth. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in a student home on campus, managing various responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and daily devotions. You will also have the opportunity to take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should have been legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a high degree of integrity and can model positive behaviors for our students.
