Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a consistent family-like structure for students and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. Flex houseparents will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Schedule and Work-Life Balance
The schedule consists of nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including a period of personal time while students are at school. This allows for a good balance between work and personal life. Additionally, a three-week paid summer vacation is provided, giving you ample time to recharge and relax.
