Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement programs to promote social, emotional, and academic development
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment
- Provide guidance and support to students in areas such as homework completion and time management
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress
Requirements
- Couple must have at least two years of experience working with youth
- Valid driver's license required
- Able to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lead groups and facilitate discussions
