Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers. This unique career path involves working together with your spouse to provide a stable, family-like atmosphere for students in an on-campus environment.
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you and your spouse will act as flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include handling tasks such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting. You will also be expected to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
This role requires experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. We are looking for couples who have a high degree of integrity and are comfortable leading by example.
