What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Support Specialists position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is looking for Youth Support Specialists to join our residential program. As a Youth Support Specialist, you and your spouse will provide a supportive and caring environment for groups of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
This role involves providing daily guidance and support to students, as well as handling responsibilities such as transportation and medication administration. You will also have the opportunity to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must be experienced in working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must also be comfortable living on-campus and following the school's rules regarding pets and smoking.
