Youth Support Team Members

Flex houseparents provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and leading daily devotions. When initially hired, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.

The position includes comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off.
