Due to our growth, we are excited to add a new Sr. Manager, Strategic Marketing to our Marketing team! This role can be remote with occasional travel to our Marietta, GA headquarters.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for supporting the Sr. Director, Strategic Marketing in establishing segment / brand strategies, portfolio and launch plans. Create and deliver new business opportunities in line with MIMEDX growth strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of product strategy to drive growth initiatives
- Build, align and execute new product launch plans with cross-functional teams
- Support Marketing leadership to define the strategy for new product development across multiple business segments
- Lead the commercial assessment of new product opportunities
- Build relationships with internal & external partners to identify new opportunities
- Manage a portfolio of projects within established scope, timeline, and budget
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to produce compelling value propositions for solutions that demonstrate strong business investment opportunity
- Collaborate globally with internal and external stakeholders to draft integrated business plans and launch plans for new products, organic or inorganic.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science, or related field
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of marketing experience with minimum of 3 years in a strategic marketing capacity
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams from concept through product launch
Preferred Requirements: - Master's Degree in Science, Business, or Technology
- Experience in medical device, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT/EXPECTED BUSINESS TRAVEL:
Up to 10% business travel expected
