Techno Networks is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable L1 Support Technician to join our on-site IT support team in Santa Clara, CA. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals passionate about technology and eager to gain real-world IT experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end users across hardware, software, and networking issues
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and basic connectivity problems
- Set up and configure new employee workstations and related equipment
- Log, monitor, and resolve tickets via the internal ticketing system
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT procedures and problem resolutions
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or IT certifications such as CompTIA A are a plus)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Office 365, and networking fundamentals
- Strong organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to work full-time and on-site in Santa Clara, CA
- Previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support role is advantageous, but not required
