Description
This task involves working with various teams including project managers, hardware engineering and secure shipments. There are daily requests to receive, track, and allocate units and move units to storage. This individual must be able to resolve Customs/Shipping issues with international counterparts. Provides support to this team by opening and tracking purchase orders. Update and maintain Excel sheets for parts that reside at vendors location. Some degree of Agile support is needed. Must be a self-starter who is pro-active, asks questions and takes on new tasks. We need an organized individual who is excellent with multi-tasking, has great customer service skills and who is very detail oriented.

- It’s a replacement role for one of the team members going on Maternity leave on 14th July.
- Start Date for this Role is 1st July
- Its not a Business Development role as the person will not be dealing with the new customers, partners.
- Need someone with strong Analytical Skills
- Data Modelling Experience
- Will be working on the existing models
- Finance Modelling Experience is Good to have
- Worked on Multiple Products at a time is preferred
- Someone coming from the competitor, Video Business, Transactional Business is good to have
- Should have hands on experience with Excell
- Detail Oriented
- Problem Solver
- Key Note Presentation skills
- Good to have someone from same industry but will be considering people from other industries as well

Duties
- Assist business development team with regular day to day management of video business.
- Such tasks include managing Apple TV channel price increases, eCopy code requests as applicable, help prepare keynote slides, assist with weekly/monthly reporting, miscellaneous video projects, aggregating internal data, light reporting and/or tracking, managing Apple TV channel sunsets across Apple, verifying dates across internal systems, etc.
