About the Role :
The HR Production & Legal Coordinator bridges the worlds of HR, legal, and production, working closely with both the Chief People Officer and the Head of Business and Legal Affairs for Content, Marketing, and Corporate. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to HR processes, provide administrative support, and gain exposure to production operations.
The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, organized, professional, and capable of balancing administrative tasks with operational support for HR and production initiatives. They need to be able to manage their workload and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic production company.
Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Support :
- Manage the calendars of the Chief People Officer and the Head of Business and Legal Affairs for Content, Marketing, and Corporate, including scheduling internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Organize departmental logistics, ensuring all resources and tools are aligned towards efficiency.
- Handle expense reports and other administrative tasks as needed.

Salary Bonus Range : $75,000
Equity participation in management option pool (Series A company)
