Responsibilities and Duties:
· Weekly integrated IRTS/PISL/Diversion Bed/Clustered Apartment team notes
· Monthly reviews on each client with the treatment team
· Working with the intake coordinator for all transitions, admissions and discharges
· Monthly documented supervision with staff
· Will attend and participate in monthly psychiatric appointments
· Will attend monthly forensic meetings
· Will attend weekly treatment team meetings
· Will oversee and supervise preparation of annual licensure renewal
· Will ensure all clients charts are up to date on documentation
· Will present in assigned facility and work daily
· Review daily flow sheets and make sure duties and documentation are being completed
· Assist with coordinating care with client guardians and/or forensic case monitors
· Office duties including: filing, charting, record keeping and keeping the office and grounds clean and organized
· Adhering to all rules and regulations for DMH and/or DHSS compliance
· Ensure all emergency drills are completed in a timely manner
· Complete paperwork and billing in a timely manner
· Create and update staff schedule, ensuring coverage 7 days per week, 365 days per year
· Responsible for collecting and reviewing staff time cards and turning into HR
· Responsible for ordering and overseeing all food supplies as assigned
· Will train and supervise all direct care staff
· Responsible for employee corrective measures and disciplinary action meetings, plans and paperwork and make sure documentation is in files
· Ensure all agency policies and procedures are communicated, taught and followed by staff and clients
· Will update all policy and procedure manuals with any revisions and updates
· Will schedule and take all clients to annual medical appointments
· Hold monthly residential meetings and keep meeting minutes
· Attend weekly residential treatment team meetings, bi-weekly staff meetings and bi-monthly supervisor circle meetings
· Attend trainings, conferences, webinars and other meetings as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience:
A minimum of 4 years mental health experience and 4 years of management preferred
Job Type: Full-time
